CATALOGUE FOR PHILANTHROPY

In 2001, Community Therapeutic Day School was recognized by the Catalogue for Philanthropy and this was an opportunity for the school to receive philanthropic gifts.

FUND RAISING

Making your gift:
Your tax deductible gift may be made all at once, or pledged over two or three years.

Gifts of cash - checks should be made payable to:
Community Therapeutic Day School or Community Therapeutic Day School Supporting Foundation

Pledge:
The CTDS Supporting Foundation encourages pledges as a way of giving to the endowment campaign. Donors may make their capital gifts payable over a period of up to three years, allowing you to plan your giving.

Securities:
Gifts of securities may be made in several ways. The most common practice is to place the securities with your broker, banker or other agent with a request that the School or Supporting Foundation be notified by telephoning Bruce Hauptman MD, treasurer at 781-861-7081. We will then instruct the broker or agent about the sale or the delivery of the security.

Planned Gifts:
Donors may wish to consider several options in deciding upon a gift.

Commemorative gifts:
Opportunities exist for those who wish to honor a donor, family member or other individual.

Greeting Cards made using student's drawings:
A pack of 12 assorted Greeting Cards (5"x 7") is available for $12. To purchase greeting cards, please contact us via email at ctdsartcards@hotmail.com

Campaign Goal

Long term Goal: $4,000,000 Endowment

The interest on the earnings of a $4,000,000 endowment will be used to support and recognize the need for $250,000 a year for the following:

Staff Education and Training: $50,000

Support Staff in Cash Gifts recognizing their Special Projects, License Certification: $50,000

Retirement Program: $100,000

Fund Capital Projects: $50,000

Total: $250,000
